Katy Perry - One Of The Boys

Katy Perry is the all-new singing and sort-of-dancing-but-probably-too-cool-for-all-that, rebellious, girl-kissing, Avril Lavigne v2.0 bad-girl of high-production American pop. She’s not exactly out to be ignored.

In fact she’s out to become both an idol for disenfranchised Britney fans and a poster-girl for emo-boys, not to mention tabloid-fodder and gossip-page regular. She is also, it should be noted, the daughter of two pastors and made her recorded debut with a Christian pop album aged 17 (she’s now 23).

While a leopard changing its spots, or at least its wardrobe, might all be part of growing from a teenager to a feisty young woman, it is easy to be cynical about this package, headed up by the ready-to-download controversy of her “I Kissed a Girl” single. That tune at least has the bold beats and choreographed raw heat to match its sassy premise; it is a little disappointing that for someone resting on rebellion as her central cause that the  (read more here…)

I still aint digging Katy Perry for anything other than them giant mofo b##bies strapped to her chest. C’mon they are kinda impressive ain’t they ? Anyway I saw this photo and couldn’t help but think about that phrase from Full Metal Jacket, where the soldier says “This is my gun, this is my rifle, and this is for fun”, well Katy Perry is 1/3 of the way there with this photo:

Yep, You guessed it, Katy Perry has her fun box and her gun to perform in Full Metal Jacket, and makes true her album title, One Of The Boys. If my Ex-Girlfriend was here she’d probably be looking over my shoulder and say something like “Ummmm I’ve had bigger”, and judging by the echo be telling the truth.

I keep seeing on the yank sites how brilliant Katy Perry’s knockers are, but I’m just not seeing it. I look and yeah they are a nice set of chesticles, seen better seen worse. The yanks just keep ramming it down out throats but much like Jordan’s bullshit stories, I ain’t buying it.

I ain’t really seen what everyone see’s in Katy Perry, so she Kissed a Girl and She Liked It, whatever. 90% of the girls I know have kissed a girl and liked it, albeit most kissed a gurl to get the attention from boys, the other half are dirty porn girls like Daisy Rock and Lacey Maguire. I keep wondering about getting One Of The Boys, Katy’s Album but I know I’m going end up regretting it.
