Best of British Model Abigail Clancy, is seen here in a rather racy black dress, with what appears to be a built in bra at what I think is the longest titled award show ever, its The Cosmopolitan: Ultimare Woman of the Year Awards. The more I look at the photo’s the less I can decide if she is wearing a black bra and dress is topless or if the bra is part of the dress. What I do know is the little black dress is making a serious come back in 2009 and looks set to a slow stopped in 2010.
