I don’t consider myself to be a dedicated follower of fashion or a hot-stepper but even I know that this dress, that Cheryl Tweedy-Cole is wearing is truely an affront to fashionistas. Now seriously what the hell is wrong with them fecking Shoulder Pads, are they remaking Dallas or Dynasty or some other 80s soap ? Apparently Cheryl Cole is the most photo-genic woman of the last decade or something.
