FHM Magazine has officially declared Rachel Stevens “Covergirl of the Decade”, I’m not sure I’d call her that but then I haven’t seen every FHM Magazine cover, for the last 10 years. Just to put this into perspective there are 13 issues per year of FHM, I don’t know how there are 13 and only 12 months but when you buy a subscription 1 years worth is classed as 13 issues. Anyway 13 issues over 10 years, that makes 130 cover girls, so Rachel Stevens is the best out of 130 others ?

Considering in the 2008 Sexiest Women in the World she was placed at 29, and Megan Fox at number 1, its a bit of a stretch to Covergirl of the Decade.
