I have to say these new photo’s of @LilyRoseAllen with the backcombed volumised hair and blood red lipstick are rather doing it for me. I can’t believe Karl Lagerfield himself is shooting these images of Lily Allen, thats almost like Queen Elizabeth herself coming to tell you, your tax return is late.

According to the Daily Mail, Karl Lagerfield who is the Creative Director for Chanel hand picked Lily Allen because she was ‘fun’, and that matched up with the new line of bags called Coco Cocoon. I’m not sure whats with the dramatic changes in styling tho, the last photoshoot was very Audrey Hepburn, this one is very very much vampires and gothic.

There some very Twilight styled images by the look of it too, this next one which shows Largerfield actually shooting as well, it almost certainly a Twilight inspired shot.

I have to say I wouldn’t have given the Chanel thing a second look if it wasn’t for Lily Allen’s involvement so I guess the choice has attracted  a new audience.
