I was just watching The Truth About Size 0 with Louise Redknapp (formerly Nurding), AKA the white one from Girl Band Eternal. I actually liked Louise, I remember around 2000 she did the cover of Sky Magazine and she looked fantasticly hot, she’d be a large size 10. I ain’t into skinny chicks at all, if I wanted a no ass, flat chest and bones sticking in me when I snuggle I’d get me a boyfriend, but I ain’t into that!

While I was watching this, I couldn’t help but think this was filmed in such a way that meant it was more of a “How To:” kinda guide, and many will use it to copy her. I remember watching a program about the police where they was jacking on about rescuing a trapped animal or something in the back of the car and the show, showed how the police opened a car door without a key or damaging the car. I HAVE actually tried what I saw and it DOES work, I have tried it on my 2 of my families old cars before they traded them in. So anyone who wanted to lose weight would no doubt do the same with this show.
