I can only assume that the washroom as the yanks call it, ran out toilet roll and she decided to stamp her feet and use the hand dryer after using the toilet. On a more serious note this photo is in the current issue of GQ magazine in the UK, GQ used to have Style and Sophistication, what happened ?
